Framework agreement for the purchase of stationary vehicle scales

Description: The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for stationary vehicle scales (bridge scales). The aim of this framework agreement is that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration has a number of locations with bridge scales, some are relatively new and some are of older vintage and must be replaced. There can also be a need for bridge weights where there are new establishments. The bridge weights shall be used in connection with assignments connected to certification and inspection of vehicles. The tenderer shall deliver bridge weights at the contracting authority ́s different locations in Norway. The contracting authority is responsible for entering into agreement with a contractor for ground works and electro. Tenderers shall assist in planning and carrying out the ground work to the degree necessary.
