(2025/8900) Health and welfare services with rehabilitation for users with mental health failures, framework agreement

Description: The competition is for a framework agreement for health and care services with rehabilitation for persons with mental health failures. The aim of the contract is to regulate legal and practical conditions regarding the procurement of a place in residential and care services with rehabilitation for persons with mental health failures and any additional problems. The service shall provide a complete tender in the form of a residence with 24 hour care services, as well as relevant employment. The framework agreement shall cover the municipalities ́needs for health and welfare services and rehabilitation in the target group of persons who, based on mental illness, have developed reduced functional abilities and any additional problems. Additional problems can, for example, be substance abuse and behavioural difficulties and other compound problems. The target group will be of different age from the year they turn 18. Participants in the procurement: - Flesberg municipality - Flå municipality - Gran municipality (option) - Hjartdal municipality (option) Hol municipality - Hole municipality (option) - Jevnaker municipality - Kongsberg municipality Krødsherad municipality Lier municipality. - Lunner municipality (option) Modum municipality - Nore og Uvdal kommune (Option) Notodden municipality. - Ringerike municipality (option) - Rollag municipality (option) Sigdal municipality - Øvre Eiker municipality The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 114,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 600,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. See the contract for more information. The procedure stated in the "Type of Procedure" section 2.1 of the notice is incorrect. The correct procedure shall be an open tender contest.
