Procurement - Treatment of hazardous waste Attvin, 2025

Description: The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for collecting and transporting hazardous waste from the customer to a treatment facility, as well as processing the waste. Comments on the contract: If new, hazardous waste material is added in the contract period, which is not in the price forms, the customer can take these into this contract if this does not constitute a significant change to the contract. Tenderers are then obliged to submit tender offers and proposals for a system for them (the same type of assignment as that included in this agreement). In cases the same or (for the customer) better price calculations shall be used for new waste types as for other waste types that are part of this agreement, and this must be documented on request. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to choose whether or not to use the tenderer ́s tender and possibly put out new waste material as a separate competition in the market in the contract period. Options:  • A: Courses and training/updates (voluntarily for tenderers to submit tender offers on) • B: Packaging The options are further described further down in the requirement specification.
