Description: The contracting authority would like to enter into a cooperation on IT operations and security services. The contracting authority ́s overall aims with the supplier cooperation: A future orientated and proactive operation delivery, with stable services and high user satisfaction. An overall IT security delivery that protects us from computer attacks and other IT security incidents Move all operative responsibility to the service provider. Cost efficiency – A supplier who offers competitive prices while maintaining high quality services. A collaborating partner who can help us become more robust in attack and help when we are attacked. A collaboration that results in new, smart and flexible ways of working by using technology. General expectations for the tenderer: Offer and deliver modern standard services where possible and appropriate (with as little degree of tailoring as possible). Stable and secure operation - high availability and stability of the services, as well as maintain strict security standards to protect data and systems from unauthorised access and cyber threats. Quality of service delivery - high quality of service deliveries, including a quick response time, good customer support and continual improvements to the services. Collaboration and culture - Contribute to positive, problem solving and future orientated cooperation. Have a culture that allows one to recognise one another in, and work in accordance with the Stavanger region Harbour ́s own values: dedicated, safe and sustainable. Innovative and proactive in introducing new technologies and systems that can give your business an advantage and support for future growth. The contracting authority would like a long term and strategic cooperation with an operational partner (the Supplier) who will function as a good consultant and cooperation partner for the future as the maturity level and needs develop. Emphasis will also be put on the tenderer being pushing for continual development and improvement of the services, and that this shall be reflected in delivery models, at meeting places and KPIs. The contract shall run from when the contract is signed for 2 years, with an option for 2 extra years in 2 innings (2 years + 2 years), i.e. a maximum of 6 years.
