Automation of user administration: Cloud-based IAM solution

Description: Søre Sunnmøre IKT shall, on behalf of itself and its participants, procure an Identity Access Management (IAM) licence. This one shall be delivered as a shooting range (SaaS). The procurement is included in our project "Automation of user administration". The project is divided into two implementation fasars. Procurement of an IAM licence is the first delivery that hosts completed in the prince phase, and form the basis for detailed planning and execution of the following deliveries in the second implementation phase - in a close cooperation with the valt supplier in this competition:  1. Automate user administration in MS Active Directory, Entra ID and MS365  2. Migrate automated user administration of pupils for valt IAM licence and implement new Feide catalogues for the municipalities.  3. Automate user administration in Tietoevry Gerica EPJ  See SSA-L annex 1 - your customer"s requirement specifications for further information. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurements (LOA) and the regulations 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (FOA) parts I and part III. The tender contest was held as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the prior information notice, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1 (2).
