Winter operations, snow clearing and spring sweeping for municipal buildings and residences in Eidsvoll municipality.

Description: Eidsvoll municipality has a continual need for professional winter operations and spring sweeping in order to ensure safe and accessible transport to municipal buildings and municipal residences throughout the winter and during transition periods. The objective of the procurement is to ensure continuity and high quality in the execution of snow clearing, gritting, removal of snow and spring sweeping, as well as safeguarding the requirements for universal design, environment and safety. The delivery shall cover a multitude of municipal premises, including purpose-built buildings such as schools, nurseries and nursing homes, as well as municipal residences, where prioritising availability is central. Tenderers must have relevant competence, necessary certifications, courses and insurances in order to carry out the described assignments. An active cooperation between the municipality and the supplier is also expected to further develop methods, equipment and work execution. The procurement shall ensure that the municipality has sufficient stand-by and capacity for ordinary and extraordinary weather events, as well as good coordination with other services and suppliers.
