89-BYM-2025 Framework agreement for inauthoration services.

Description: PURPOSE AND SCOPE The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with sub-contracts for the towing of vehicles, containers and other things placed on public ground in Oslo. This involves passenger cars/combination vehicles, goods vans, buses/lorries, motorhomes, goods trailers/caravans and containers. There can also be some towing from private ground. The restoration will be carried out on a 24 hour basis after orders from the Contracting Authority or another authorised body.    The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for a further 1+1 years and it shall also cover the display of vehicles, containers and other things in the removal facility, as well as clearing the facility.    The aim of the procurement is to contribute to increased safety, accessibility and availability in the Oslo traffic. Together with the chosen tenderer, the Contracting Authority will improve the quality of Oslo municipality ́s service production, as well as safeguard and develop the municipality ́s service profile.   The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts. The contracting authority reserves the right to split up sub-contract 1 to two separate contracts with two tenderers.   The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimated total value of NOK 24,000,000 is based on previous consumption and future expected consumption. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the Contracting Authority.
