Description: The Kongsberg region consists of nine municipalities that cooperate on a clean number of service areas. Eight of the municipalities would now like to enter into a contract for cleaning articles for our locations. We intend to enter into a contract with one tenderer. Participating municipalities are: Kongsberg municipality (including Kongsberg Kommunale Eiendom) Notodden municipality Hjartdal Municipality Tinn municipality Rollag Municipality Flesberg municipality (joins in March 2026) Sigdal municipality Nore and Uvdal municipalities. Each municipality shall sign a separate contract with the chosen tenderer and will be responsible for daily contract follow-up. We would like one tenderer for this contract. Limitations on the agreement: The municipalities currently have separate framework agreements for the delivery of office materials and free school materials, catering articles as well as medical equipment. The agreement for cleaning articles, paper and plastic does not initially apply to goods areas covered by the mentioned existing framework agreement. Attention is drawn to the fact that there can be some overlap, especially within disposable equipment, such as gloves etc. The contract will be signed for a period of two years with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.
