Description: Klepp municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for plumbing services and accompanying materials. The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s planned and acute need for plumbing work, as well as associated materials. This involves continuous and operational related (executing) plumbing services, as well as any internal control connected to the existing buildings. The contracting authority currently owns approx. 87,380 m2. purpose-built buildings and 236 residences. The contracting authority currently hires approx. 100 residential units. Some work connected to the municipality ́s responsibilities that the tenant must reckon on. Please take into account that the existing buildings may change during the contract period. Plumbing services can include, but are not limited to: Delivery and installation of water and sewage pipelines, Delivery and installation of pipeline networks, equipment and fittings in sanitary installations, Delivery and installation of the pipeline network, equipment and fittings in water-bearing heating and cooling installations, Delivering, installing and equipping technical centres with all the accompanying components, Delivery and installation of other installations, such as sprinklers, Adjustment; use of the proportional method, pump adjustment and documentation of water-bearing systems, Work in connection with the water treatment plant, Delivery and installation of water treatment systems; adjustments to corrosive water in water bearing systems, Performing service work and maintenance for all areas included in the contract, commissioning water-bearing systems, flushing and ventilation, Preparing documentation. Plumbing material can include, but is not limited to: Building materials and sanitary products for water, sewage, machines and apparatuses, HVAC standard product as well as wet room products, typically materials, equipment, garniture and furniture that are necessary for the execution of the plumbing work, whether the work is carried out by the contracting authority or in connection with the provision of plumbing services.
