3rd notice: General consumables for pathology by the health companies in Helse Vest RHF

Description: NB! This is the third publication of a tender contest with the same name. Generally we will make tenderers aware of a significant change in the new notice compared to previous publications. Many questions have been received regarding product samples, and many of the questions are related to the need for large quantities of product samples for inspection. The contracting authority has decided that in a new competition tenderers are not required to deliver product samples for inspections in connection with submitting a tender. An assessment will be taken after a provisional written evaluation of the received persons if further verification is required through the testing. The costs involved in this trial will be covered by the Contracting Authority if clinical trials are to be tried (c.f. Competition provisions point 3.10) So that tenderers do not have to review documents that are unchanged - overview of which documents have been changed: Annex 1 - Price Form Column E (Product samples for evaluation/inspection per company) is completely removed - there are no requirements for product samples for inspections, comments concerning product samples are removed. allowed under sub-contract 13 (point 13.4) - cf. the answer to question no. 2 in "Spørsmål, Answers and changes" published in cancelled competition Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications New minimum requirements: M74 Updated quality requirements K47M20: Added "or similar" Competition provisions Point 3.10 Product samples, demonstration and testing have been changed, where points concerning product samples for inspections have been removed, as well as an updated description of product samples that shall be tested clinically Point 1.7 "Important dates": Deadline for delivering product samples for inspection is removed Point 1.7 "Important dates": Important dates are updated Framework Agreement Point 3.3: Added a provision Products that shall be returned cannot exceed 2/3 of the shelf life of the item(s), calculated from delivery at the company to an expired date. Tenderers cannot deliver goods that have exceeded 2/3 of their shelf life. Annex 5 - Delivery locations product samples No change, but we would like to note that the annex is kept, as it contains information that can be used for any testing. All other documents not listed in the list are unchanged since the last notice for the same competition.
