Description: The municipalities have a broad spectrum of service recipients of digital medication support, and at the same time it is anticipated that the need and use will increase throughout the agreement period. The following relevant user groups have been identified for digital medication support: People who need reminders to take the right medicine at the right time People with "clearly" medication (different medicines at different times) Medicine treatment that is vulnerable to time deviations or resistance problems People who are unsafe if they manage to follow up even People with cognitive failure People who have significantly reduced functional ability; vision, hearing fine motor skills, etc.  Persons who are mentally handicapped Different categories of abusers Persons who, themselves or with the assistance of their own resources, can administer and handle the medicine dispensers themselves, both multi-dose dispensers and tablet dispensers.  The parties to the procurement are: Bergen municipality, Askøy municipality, Voss herad and Kvam herad.
