On two occasions, Elvia has published a Request for Information regarding a tender contest for a Framework Agreement for the purchase of services in IT, no. 168498 and 168436.
There has been great interest in this type of contract, and many tenderers have registered there interest in participating in a contest for such an agreement.
We therefore find it necessary to carry out an internal process before we publish the tender documentation and the procurement procedure.
