Kristiansand Municipality invites tenderers to a contest with negotiations in two stages for the procurement of 24-hour services with staffing for a user under the age of 18 with comprehensive needs for health and care services.

The contract is expected to have a start-up at the start of November, and it is thus a prerequisite that relevant tenderers can start providing their service then.

The contest will be held as a two stage negotiated procedure. A two stage process means that the tender documentation and the requirement specification only can be submitted to a limited number of pre-qualified providers. The contest documents will be sent to qualified tenderers after the qualification deadline has expired. This is because the information to be shared will be information about the person.
