         The Norwegian Lutheran Hospital and College foundation invites tenderers to participate in a contest for a turnkey contract(s) for the construction of a new sixth form college for Oslo Municipality, and the expansion of the Norwegian Lutheran Hospital and College"s science university college VID.

         The tender contest will be held in two phases. In the first phase applications are to be submitted for participation in the contest. A selection will then be made as to who will be invited to participate in the contest (prequalification).

         The contract contains two lots. Lot 1 is a turnkey contract for the establishment of joint basement structures and infrastructure for the area, as well as demolition work and the construction of a new underground platform. Lot 2 is a total turnkey contract for the sixth form college and university college, as well as accompanying outdoor work.

         The part of the procurement that covers VID is a voluntary notice, as the Norwegian Lutheran Hospital and College is not included by the public procurement rules.

         Both lots are subject to Oslo Municipality"s approval of the rent contract, see the tender documentation.
