        Ringerike Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, extends an invitation to participate in an open tender competition for the procurement of a framework agreement for conference services with and without accommodation.

        The framework agreement will secure that the contracting authority has the necessary capacity, good quality and service for conferences with accommodation and day conferences.

        It is difficult to estimate the volume of the contract, but the framework agreement has a maximum value of NOK 20,000,000.

        The procurement is divided into two areas and into categories. Area 1 will cover conferences with accommodation. Area 2 will cover conferences without accommodation. Tenderers that would like to submit a tender for both areas can do this by filling in the price for both areas in the price sheet.

        Area 1 

        Conferences with accommodation and day package. This applies to categories 1 and 2. In this area the contracting authority will enter into a contract with up to 12 tenderers.

        Category 1: Conferences with accommodation within Ringerike and the surrounding area.

        Category 2: Conferences with accommodation outside Ringerike and the surrounding area (see the list of wanted locations).

        Area 2

        Conferences with only a day package (i.e. without accommodation). This applies to category 3. In this area the contracting authority will enter into a contract with up to 5 tenderers.

        Category 3: Conferences with only a day package within Ringerike and the surrounding area.
