         Levanger, Verdal, Steinkjer, and Snåsa Municipalities would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for recruitment services.

         Inderøy Municipality will have an option to join the contract when its framework agreement for an equivalent service expires.

         The contest is being held by Innherred Anskaffelser on behalf of the contracting authorities.

         Innherred Anskaffelser KO (former Innherred Innkjøp) is an inter-municipal collaboration between Steinkjer, Inderøy, Snåsa, Verdal, and Levanger Municipalities that was established 01.01.2019. Inderøy Municipality takes care of the office municipality function, and is the formal employer for employees in Innherred Innkjøp.

         The aim of the collaboration is to make rational, responsible, and efficient procurements on behalf of the municipalities.

         Any questions are to be sent to the contact person via the tender management tool.

         There is to be no contact/communication regarding the tender contest with other persons at the contracting authority than the named contact person.

         Purpose of the procurement

         The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the municipalities" need for recruitment services and to ensure that the contracting authority has access to qualified recruitment assistance in employment cases when the municipalities deem it appropriate. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer that will assist the contracting authority in recruitment processes when there is not sufficient capacity in its own organisation, for the recruitment of management positions and some specialist positions, and otherwise assist in different phases of the process if required.

         The municipalities reserve the right to make separate procurements for any recruitment processes for the top management.
