Dialogue conference - furniture/fixtures for Kirkebygden Primary School and Våler Secondary School
Våler municipality is building the new Våler Secondary School with reinforced departments, special rooms, combination libraries, swimming halls and support functions for the existing sports hall, dimensioned for 360 students. In addition, Kirkebygden School (primary school) is being expanded with a series of special rooms, general learning areas and individual personal functions. The school is dimensioned for 350 pupils. Primarily, furniture and other loose fixtures will be procured for all of the above-mentioned functions. Permanent fixtures are mainly included in a turnkey contract for the building. The primary school is planned to be completed in spring of 2025, and the secondary school is planned to be completed in autumn of 2025.
Våler Secondary School has chosen an activity-based workplace concept, and the general learning areas for students must support a an active and varied learning environment for the students. Fixtures and furniture must support these forms of learning and working and must therefore more and different things than the traditional office furniture, student desks and chairs must be offered.
In connection with the procurement of fixtures, Våler municipality would like to hold a dialogue with the market to obtain input regarding how the procurement should be made. The municipality would like to make a fair and predictable procurement of fixtures, while allowing the professional milieu to use its competence and creativity in regards to the choice of the delivery. In order to choose an appropriate procurement process, the municipality therefore wants input on the design of the tender documentation, procedures and implementation of processes, evaluation form with possible dialogue or negotiation, etc.
The agenda for the dialogue conference will be to provide the market with information about the project, the municipality"s goals and ambitions and preliminary thoughts on the procurement model. Participants will then be invited to a dialogue. The tender contest itself is planned to be organised in spring 2024.
The dialogue conference will be held digitally on 23.11.2023, at 09:00-12:00.
