Reference number: 2023/234146Emergency preparedness agreement for psychological services for employees who are exposed to a violent episode, serious threats of violence and other highly traumatic incidents.
The annual value of the emergency preparedness agreement is NOK 500,000 including VAT.
Psychological assistance is an important supplement in cases where managing the follow-up is insufficient within our own framework. At the same time, it is important to emphasise that psychological assistance will not replace personnel follow-up, which is the manager"s responsibility. The manager also has the main responsibility for follow-up after incidents of violence and / or threats of violence.
Bergen municipality has approx. 20,000 employees. The psychologist service can only be assigned by a manager.
Bergen Fire Brigade is excepted from this agreement due to own agreement in this area.
Option for further 2 years extension.
Minimum requirements for qualification
Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation: Tenderers registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises do not need to enclose documentation. The contracting authority will control the registration by using the organisation number provided in the tenderer"s Mercell profile. For tenderers that are not registered in the above-mentioned register, the tenderer must provide certificates or confirmation of registration (equivalent to a company registration certificate) in a trade register or company register as described in the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be issued more than 6 months prior to the tender deadline.
