        DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: The tenderer must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

        Minimum requirements for the qualification requirements REQUIREMENT: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. This is complied with by the tenderer being credit worthy without requirement for guarantee, with a minimum credit score of A in accordance with an assessment made in CreditPro by the credit information agency Bisnode AS. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: The contracting authority will obtain a credit report from Bisnode CreditPro. The report contains, amongst other things, the auditor"s report, negative payment remarks, accounts and credit rating history, and must be based on the last known accounting figures from Bisnode. For companies that have not been assessed for credit in Bisnode CreditPro (this applies to foundations etc.), approved accounting figures must show corresponding creditworthiness and economic implementation ability. Any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

        Minimum requirement for the qualification requirement Tenderers must have good/sufficient/well-functioning experience from comparable assignments. Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. It is the tenderer"s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.
