        The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) will enter into a new framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services, where the consultants will assist the FSA with services related to the development and management of the FSA"s automated work processes, within RPA and AI. The framework agreement will span several areas of competence, and it will be important that the tenderer coordinates the systems, development, and management in a good way.

        The FSA entered into a framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services in the areas of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) in 2021.

        Since the agreement was signed, the organisation has requested more extensive automation of work processes than anticipated, and the scope of activity within RPA and AI is expected to increase further in the future, so it is necessary to increase the framework for such work.

        The FSA will therefore enter into a new framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services, where the consultants will assist the FSA with consultancy services related to the development and management of the FSA"s automated work processes. The framework agreement will span several areas of competence, and it will be important that the tenderer coordinates the systems, development, and management in a good way.

        Process automation is a natural element in all system development, and the FSA would like to emphasise that this agreement does not grant an exclusive right to all process automation.
