The equipment will become part of the existing equipment at Helgeland Hospital Trust. The equipment must be compatible with each other. All these units have a scope and rack from Olympus Norge AS. It is therefore assumed that new scope must be compatible with the existing equipment at the various units.

The endoscope procurement has a value of NOK 5,300,000.

The contracting authority has assessed that there is only one tenderer that fulfils the requirements for compatibility with the existing equipment. The procurement is therefore excepted from a competition, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations §13-4 letter b no. 2.

The Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust will, on behalf of Helgeland Hospital Trust, enter into a contract with Olympus Norge As for the procurement of an endoscope.

The trust intends to sign a contract 10 days after this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice.
