The purpose of the publication of this Request for Information (RFI) document is to engage

potential suppliers and receive relevant information to enable a comprehensive

understanding of the market, available systems and contributing to the decision-making process

and the future strategy.

evaluation purposes. Kolumbus reserves the right to address suppliers with

additional questions related to the submitted RFI, either in writing or in online follow-up meetings.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Bysykkelen AS, under the Kolumbus organisation, needs more bicycles in its fleet and now wants to establish a framework agreement for the delivery of more city bikes. The current city bike scheme is operational and fully operational in 12 (13) municipalities. The city bikes and charging structures are owned by the municipalities and Bysykkelen AS, while the design and IP rights are owned by Kolumbus AS. Decisions regarding future operational strategy depend on market conditions and sustainability considerations. Kolumbus will use the responses from RFI as a basis for a future procurement process.
