         The contracts will cover ordinary painting and covering work, and historical painting and covering work. 

         The contracts will come into force from 02.01.2024. The contracts will include ordinary painting work from the start-up. We currently have framework agreements for historical painting and covering work that expire on 10.05.2024. Historical painting and covering work will be phased into the new framework agreements when the existing contracts expire.

   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         Requirement: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

         Documentation: Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively Startbank-ID.

      2. Economic and financial standing:
         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         Requirement: Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

         Documentation: Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can also be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

      3. Technical and professional ability:
         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability (capacity) and suitable staffing to carry out the assignments under the contract

         Documentation: An overview of the tenderer"s workforce must be given. The overview must highlight the number of skilled and unskilled workers within painting and covering work, and the number of resources who have competence within historical painting and covering work. This must include which areas the competence is for.

         Requirement: Tenderers must have good experience from assignments with a transferable value to this contract, hereunder maintenance and alteration work in buildings that are completely or partially in operation. Reference must be made to both ordinary painting and covering work and historical painting and covering work.

         Documentation: Tenderers must submit a description of up to 5 reference projects with a transferable value from the last 5 years.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability (capacity) and suitable staff to carry out assignments under the contract, and must have sufficient experience from assignments with a transferable value to this contract.
