Stavanger Hospital Trust, c/o New SUS intends to enter into a contract with Agilent DGG Norge AS for the delivery of instruments for immunohistochemistry/colour instrument PD-L1 IHC 22C3 Pembrolizumab, including instrument-specific consumables for the new Stavanger University Hospital.

In accordance with the national guidelines, national action programme with guidelines for diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up of patients with breast cancer, the contracting authority understands that only Agilent can deliver instrument PD-L1 IHC 22C3 Pembrolizumab in accordance with the guidelines (Dako Omnis).

The contracting authority has therefore obtained tender information directly from Agilent, and intends to enter into a contract with them after the publication of this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice, provided that no objections are received within 10 days of the notice. Suppliers that have questions or input are encouraged to contact us well before the deadline.

Explanation:

Direct contract signing in accordance with the PPR, section 13-4 letter b no. 1, and no. 2. The contracting authority understands that, according to the national guidelines, only one possible tenderer of colour instruments within this field can fulfil all the requirements. See the national action programme with guidelines for diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up of patients with breast cancer, p. 171, which specifically states the tenderer"s colour instrument for use within this field.
