Oslo Municipality c/o Vestre Aker District, hereinafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a contest with negotiations in two stages in connection with the procurement of a children"s home for a child/youth with a disability.

The aim of the procurement is to obtain an appropriate and cost efficient residential and care offer, with necessary follow-up. The service must cover the need for suitable accommodation with the necessary follow-up for a child/youth with a disability. Consequently the service must have qualified personnel
