        The objective of the contract is to engage consultants for management team development programs for approx. 70 management teams. The consultants shall, within the framework given by the Contracting Authority, contribute with planning, facilitation and implementation.

      4. Description of the procurement:

        Asker municipality implemented an organisational and management development programme in connection with and after the municipal merger. The program formed the basis and standard for wanted management skills and management conduct. The Municipal Executive’s management team has decided to prepare and implement a new management development program for Asker municipality"s managers with planned start-up during the autumn of 2024.

        The objective of the notice is to receive tenders for a team of consultants to assist with a customised management team development program for approx. 270 managers divided between different management levels in the municipality. The programme shall be conducted with joint meetings, individual team supervision, as well as conversations with the manager of the management teams prior to the individual team supervision. The consultants must work independently on the individual team tutorials.

        The management team development programme must be adapted to Asker municipality"s overall needs, and not a general management development programme. The contracting authority needs assistance in planning the content of the programme, completing and implementing the programme, as well as concurrent evaluation.
