   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

         Documentation requirement:

         • Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate.

         • Foreign tenderers: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:
         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the agreement. Sufficient means an achieved credit rating equivalent to A/good or better.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         • Credit rating from a certified credit rating agency based on the most recent known accounting figures.

         • The credit rating must not be more than 6 months old.

         • The assessment must contain information regarding creditworthiness. A credit rating of A/good creditworthiness is required.

         o The result of the credit rating must be documented as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale.

         • A bank guarantee can be submitted that provides equivalent guarantee for the ability to fulfil the contract.

         • the contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit report on www.dnb.com/no (provided by Dun &

         Bradstreet) in order to verify that the tenderer has sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.
