        The Norwegian Defence Material Agency (Norwegian: FMA) hereby invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for a contract for a temporary manager for the Mime programme.

        Mime is a business programme that is carried out in the programme organisation Mime/MAST (PRO) in the Norwegian Defence Material Agency (Norwegian: FMA). Mime shall modernize the information and communication systems for tactical management in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Mime will also ensure increased efficiency in the way solutions and systems are developed, for what we choose to refer to as "den kampnære IKT-en" ("the combat ICT").

        The program manager for Mime leads the Mime programme and is responsible for achieving the objectives given in the programme in agreement with given frameworks. The program manager is responsible for the deliveries in the Mime programme. The programmr manager must ensure that deliveries are in accordance with priorities linked to effect, user needs and architectural principles.
