        The main purpose of the procurement is to ensure that Contracting Authorities have access to a tool for employee surveys so that we can map the psychosocial working environment in the organisations, thereby helping us to comply with the requirements for systematic HSE work in the Working Environment Act, cf. § 3-1.

        The tool offered for the employee survey must be research-based, i.e. it must measure conditions in the workplace that are important for effective management, motivated employees and good performance and results.

        It is preferable for us to able to compare our results with other relevant organisations and see our own development over time.

        The procurement also includes consultancy services related to training in the use of the tool, user support and follow-up of the results when needed.

        Tenderers must have up-to-date professional expertise and deliver services that meet the Contracting Authorities" needs in a professional and trustworthy manner. All services provided under the Agreement must comply with the applicable laws and regulations, including the requirements for information security and privacy (GDPR).

        The service will include the following elements:

        Access to tools for conducting employee surveys (mapping the psychosocial working environment)

        Setting up, sending, managing and storing data on a server within an authorised geographical area

        User support and training

        Assistance in following up on the results of completed employee surveys

        The service must include a tool for heart rate measurements that can easily be utilised in between the implementation of more holistic employee surveys:
