        Parallel framework agreements will be signed for consultancy services within digitalisation.

        The consultants under the framework agreement will help to further develop and modernise the Norwegian State Housing Bank"s [Husbankens] digital tools and services in close collaboration with the State Housing Bank"s employees, wherein the State Housing Bank itself is primarily responsible for the total delivery. The Norwegian State Bank of Norway has a large number of integrations with other public stakeholders and shared components that must be further developed and managed. There is a need for the offered consultancy services to be of good quality. There will be a need for services in several areas, including team management, design, testing and development.

        The duration of the contract is 1/2 year + options for 1 1/2 + + 1 year for a total of 4 years.

        Parallel framework agreements will be signed for consultancy services within digitalisation.

        The digitalisation office is a total supplier of digital tools and services that contribute to the achievement of the Norwegian State Housing Bank"s goals. The office has its main premises at Papirbredden in Drammen. The office develops innovative and user-centric solutions in close collaboration with the business division. The consultancy services will support the digitalisation work in the Norwegian State Housing Bank.

        The consultants under the framework agreement will help to further develop and modernise the Norwegian State Housing Bank"s [Husbankens] digital tools and services in close collaboration with the State Housing Bank"s employees, wherein the State Housing Bank itself is primarily responsible for the total delivery. The Norwegian State Bank of Norway has a large number of integrations with other public stakeholders and shared components that must be further developed and managed.         The tenderer must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

        Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        *Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability and capacity to fulfil the contract. Documented by: Documentation must be submitted showing the number of full-time positions in the consultancy business and that the tenderer has consultants within all of the requested categories as mentioned in Appendix 3 - Category Overview. The number of consultants within each of the requested categories must be stated. The documentation must be brief and provide an overall description. Use the attachment.

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
