Vestland County hereby invites tenderers to a market dialogue, inspection and 1-1 discussions in connection with the project Austevollpakken County road 546 Storebø-Eidsbøen.

The purpose of the market dialogue is to provide information about the project and to hears any input the market may have on how to deal with challenges during the project, particularly in relation to the zoning plan and land agreements.

The agenda for the market dialogue will be as follows:

- 16.10.2023, at 10:00-12:00: Digital market dialogue (the contracting authority will present the project via Teams. A link will be sent to registered tenderers).

- 19.10.2023: Physical inspection at Austevoll

- 20.10.2023: 1-1 discussions with interested tenderers

Tenderers who would like to participate in the digital market dialogue are asked to send a message via Mercell with contact information for the participants by 16.10.2023 at 09:00.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The procurement will be made through a competitive procedure with negotiation. The tender contest is scheduled to be published in November 2023.

The project shall be carried out as a turnkey contract. In brief, the contract work includes the engineering design and construction of a new county road, bus terminal and roundabout, as well as associated underground infrastructure. The project will take place over a 2.1 km stretch of road with an accompanying pedestrian and cycle path, and will be built along the existing route.

Further information about the project will be provided during the market dialogue.
