        The contract work includes a turnkey contract for the design, construction and guarantee responsibility for the new national road 13 (Rv13), including a new pedestrian and cycle path and landslide protection between Djupevik and Kviturtunnelen in Ullensvang municipality.

        The project covers a stretch of approx. 1200 m and includes the construction of a new 7.5 m wide road partially aligned with the existing road and a new pedestrian and cycle path that is also partially aligned with the existing road.

        In addition, the site will be protected against landslides by, among other things, constructing two new bridges, each of approx. 20 m, new landslide ditches and new landslide protection fences. The project also includes a significant amount of new natural stone walls.

        There will be traffic on Rv 13 throughout the construction period and challenges must therefore be expected with construction work in and near trafficked areas.

        A finalised zoning plan for the area is available, as well as a more recent digital model of the project with further details on road lines and solutions.

        The selection of the 3 to 5 best qualified tenderers will be based on answers to the should-requirements. In the tender management tool, the should-requirements are labelled with a B and a subsequent number. The 3 to 5 tenderers who achieve the highest total score on the should-requirements will be invited to submit a tender in stage 2 (the tendering phase).

        The contracting authority will decide the final number of tenderers who will be invited to stage 2. If there are fewer than minimum 3 qualified tenderers, the contracting authority reserves the right to invite 2 tenderers to the tender phase, cf. the PPR (Norwegian: FOA) § 16-12 (3).
