Furthermore, the Contracting Authority needs service/support in connection with mobile phones that have faults - regardless of whether the fault is within the warranty period or later.

        Call-offs under the framework agreement can be divided into:

        • Purchase of mobile phones pre-assembled with screen protector and case

        • Purchase of accessories (cases, cases with card holders, screen protectors, etc.)

        • Service/support concerning both troubleshooting and repair of non-functioning mobile phones, regardless of whether the mobile phone was purchased through this Framework Agreement.
