         The tender contest applies to a framework agreement for the purchase assistance in legal

         services. The objective of the agreement is to cover DSB"s (the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection) requirement for the purchase of assistance

         in legal services for the disciplines stated in the tender documentation. C.f. the scope of the framework agreement. The Contracting Authority wants to enter into an agreement with one or more tenderers. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award a contract for all or some of the framework agreement"s disciplines to one or more tenderers. The duration of the framework agreement is up to four years from the

         contract signing.
