   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

         Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered

         a trade register or company register in accordance with the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:

         Requirement: Tenderers must not have significant deviations in its reporting obligations to the tax authorities.

         Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         Documentation requirement:

         Norwegian companies: For documentation, the contracting authority will obtain extended tax information from the Norwegian Tax Administration, based on

         authorisation, which the Tenderer must grant (see annex 1.6). Tenderers must submit any approved repayment plan.

         Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer"s home state confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled

         its obligations regarding the payment of tax in accordance with the legal provisions of the state in which the tenderer is established. Documentation must

         be submitted in Norwegian/Scandinavian/English. A translation must be attached to the original certificate.

         Tenderers must at

         minimum be creditworthy. Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating for

         Nordic applicants. The contracting authority subscribes to services from Bisnode (D&B). Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of

         A (credit worthy). Tenderers are assumed to have familiarised themselves with the registered information about the company and consents by

         submitting a tender offer to the information being obtained and used as a basis for the assessment of the tenderer"s financial circumstances.

         Requirement. Tenderers must have sufficient experience to execute the assignment.

         Tenderers must have the necessary capacity and competence to meet the needs associated with implementation of the assignment.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         The requirement is considered fulfilled when the tenderer can refer to three

         reference projects, preferably within the last 5 years, with the following characteristics: The contractor has completed and

         was responsible for equivalent deliveries. For contractors who submit tenders jointly, or who rely on

         the resources of other companies to fulfil the qualification requirements, this requirement must be fully fulfilled by the company that will have

         the coordinator role in the project. Documentation requirement: The contracting authority has prepared a form that the tenderer must use to

         to respond to both this qualification requirement and the selection criterion in point 4.4. (See Annex 1.1) The form states which

         information the tenderer is required to provide.
