NND and IFE need to jointly build and develop new IT infrastructure that is an addition to the existing infrastructure at IFE. NND will therefore need to
purchase new equipment that can easily be integrated and supplement parts of IFE"s existing IT infrastructure.
The procurement concerns a
non-exclusive framework agreement with NND for the purchase of IT infrastructure with associated support and maintenance, and secure disposal of IT infrastructure, with associated
support and maintenance.

It is uncertain how much equipment and services may need to be purchased and disposed of under the Framework Agreement. Based on experience and the probable
rate of replacement of the existing infrastructure, we estimate that the Framework Agreement is likely to have a value of approx. NOK 100 million excluding VAT. We estimate the
maximum value to be NOK 200 million excluding VAT if we take into account all uncertainties, cf. the requirement to specify a binding maximum value in the Public Procurement
Regulations.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: If

• The relevance of the reference assignments in light of the Contracting Authority"s needs.
The Contracting Authority uses a model for selecting qualified tenderers where a score is given on a scale from 0-6, where 6 points is the best. The 3-5 tenderers with
