NAV Vestland shall enter into a contract for the labour market measure Follow-up for persons who need more extensive follow-up support than the one the Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. See the requirements specification in the tender documentation, Part III, annex 1 for further specifications of the requirements. The objective is to enter into framework agreements for 5 geographically divided areas (lots) in order to cover the total need and meet geographical challenges.

There will be individual contests for each lot. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for each lot.

The anticipated need for the entire service area is 300 - 350 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.

The required service location is: Bergen city centre Bergen city centre means areas with postcodes: 5003 - 5007, 5010 -5018

The use of the programme and thereby the value of the lots, is dependent on multiple variable factors. See the tender documentation, part I, point 1.4 for more information.

The maximum contract value for a 5 year period is estimated to be NOK 179,000,000.

The anticipated need for the service area is 65 - 80 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.

The requirement for service locations in the service area is: Central areas in Stord and centrally in Os in Bjørnafjorden municipality (2 service locations).

The use of the programme and thereby the value of the lots, is dependent on multiple variable factors. See the tender documentation, part I, point 1.4 for more information.

The maximum contract value for a 5 year period is estimated to be NOK 41,000,000.
