        The objective of this tender contest is to enter into framework agreement that covers the corporation’s requirements for graphic products and services, signage, brands, printing and profiling. This also includes services such as labelling of containers, waste containers, installation of signs, foiling and marking of labels for vacuum waste collection system in Bergen as well as profiling of utility vehicles.         If a tenderer relies on other companies to comply with the experience requirement, the involved companies must be described as well as a description on what the various companies did.

        If a tenderer will rely on other companies to fulfil the requirement, a commitment statement must also be submitted from the companies in question, which verifies that the tenderer can use the other company"s qualifications. Maximum 2 reference projects must be described.

        The description must contain the name of the Contracting Authority, the value of the delivery and the date of the delivery. The description shall contain more detailed information about the various products and services supplied.

        During the last 2 years, the tenderer must have carried out 2 assignment with content relevant to the assignment in the present contract.

        The requirement for relevant and equivalent content in the reference assignment is considered met if the Tenderer has delivered comparable products and services that are substantially identical to the Assignment Description. See point 8.1 below.
