        The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of workwear and personal protective equipment. Delivery primarily to the municipal enterprises Horten havnevesen (Horten Port Authority) and Teknisk (Engineering), Oppvekst (schools, and nurseries) and Renhold (the Cleaning sector). However, all entities in Horten municipality shall be able to enter the agreement when needed.

        Duration: 

        The contract period is 2 years. Option for 1+1 year extension on verbatim terms. The total possible contract period is thus 4 years.

        Number of tenderers

        A contract will be signed with one - 1 - total supplier. Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment.

        Horten municipality estimates a turnover of approx. NOK 750,000 per annum.

        The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of workwear and personal protective equipment. The product areas to be procured are primarily, but not limited to:

        - High-visibility clothing

        - Work clothing

        - Footwear -if the shoes are not suitable, one should have the possibility to shop elsewhere.

        - Personal protective equipment

        - Profiling (Workwear and high-visibility clothing)

        A sample collection must be presented as the contracting authority wants to test the clothes before the contract award. The requested products are listed and marked in blue in the price sheet. The product samples shall be delivered to Horten Rådhus (Horten Town Hall), Teatergata 11, NO-3187 Horten.

        The product samples shall be delivered to the contracting authority by 02.11.2023.

        The samples shall be marked: "Prøvekolleksjon Arbeidstøy - Innkjøpsavdelingen"

        The tenderer is responsible for collecting product samples at the end of the trial period.
