The contract will therefore commence without holding a tender contest pursuant to § 13-4 letter b of the Public Procurement Regulations.

Oslo University Hospital Trust aims to sign the contract shortly after the deadline stated in the Public Procurement Regulations, § 25-3 of 10 days after the publication of this notice has expired.
