Viken County hereby invites tenderers to a market dialogue on the procurement of workwear, shoes and protective equipment.

The market dialogue will initially be conducted by requesting responses to questions in the attached RFI and input in the attached product form. If necessary, the contracting authority will also invite stakeholders to one-to-one meetings.

Please note that it is not mandatory to answer all questions in order for your input to be taken into account.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The framework agreement(s) shall cover the need for workwear, shoes and protective equipment for employees in the following areas: technical operations, field archaeology, agriculture and forestry, roads and construction ("technical"), cleaning, canteen.

Limitation: there is a separate framework agreement for workwear for dental health. Uniforms for reception, drivers, etc. will not be included in the new framework agreement.

Workwear must be user-friendly/comfortable to wear, climate-friendly and produced in an ethically correct manner.
