II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Sørlandet Hospital wants to carry out a market survey prior to a potential contract. The market is therefore invited to presentations of the relevant equipment.

The market dialogue will be held on 31.10.2023 between 08:00 and 15:00 with a duration of approx. 60 minutes per tenderer. The dialogue will be held at Sørlandet Hospital Trust, Kristiansand, VIP meeting room in the canteen on the 3rd floor.

The contracting authority requests that the presentations are in a Scandinavian language.

After the registration deadline, each tenderer will be assigned an exact time.

Registration should be sent via Mercell by 24.10.2023, 12:00

Note: A tenderer showing interest in Mercell will not be regarded as registering for the dialogue. Tenderers must register by sending a message via the communication module in Mercell.
