        - Category B1: Electric vehicles with minimum range 400 km.

        - Category B2: Electric vehicles, 4-wheel drive with minimum range 400 km. Lot 3:

        - Category C1: Electric goods vans.

        - Category C2: Electric goods vans with a tow bar. 

        - Category C3: Goods vans with 4-wheel drive.

        - Category C4: Electric vehicles, 5 seats with tow bar.

      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

        Tenderers must be a legally established company.

        Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

        Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:

        Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        Annual accounts for the last 2 years including the board´s annual report and the auditor´s statement and a credit rating not older than 6 months.

      3. Technical and professional ability:
        List and brief description of selection criteria:

        Tenderers must have the required experience from assignments with comparable deliveries to major contracting authorities, and have an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.

        Environment management system.

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        This is to be documented by the company"s three most important deliveries in the last three years, including their value, time frame and recipient.

        A short presentation of the company.

        A description of the sales and service organisation. An account of how the tenderer is organised for the fulfilment of this contract with an overview of the resources that the tenderer can and will use for the fulfilment of the contract.

        Samples, descriptions, datasheets, and/or prospectuses for the products that will be delivered.

        A copy of a certificate issued by a public quality assurance institution.

        Documentation of an internal environment management system in the company, or documentation of certification is to be attached, in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent third party verified system, (the valid certificate is to be attached), or documentation that the company will be certified within the contract period.

        Alternatively a description of a plan for how and when an environment management system will be in place. Maximum one A4 page.
