        The real estate agent assist with, among other things:

        - mapping the market opportunities and values the of the properties, including the most important property developers and potential customers

        - consultancy service related to the market situation, timing of sale and possible consequences of various scenarios for further development of the properties

        - consultancy service up until the conclusion to carry out the sale of the properties and the choice of buyer has been made by the boards of Vestre Viken Hospital Trust and Southe Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority and approved at the general meeting of the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority

        - completion of the sale of the properties, including the preparation the project, marketing, contact with potential clients, conducting the tendering process, award of contract (assisted by the Contracting Authority’s legal adviser) and payment

        - good cooperation with the regulatory authorities for contributing to the increase of property value/sale value; identify strategic assets and the utilisation thereof

        The agreement is valid until the sale process is completed and final payment has been made.
