Kristiansand Municipality needs temporary doctor services for the Kristiansand Out-of-Hours Medical Service. The agreement is optional to use for temporary doctor staffing needs for institutions and health centres in Kristiansand municipality.

Kristiansand municipality intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to three tenderers.

If a contract is entered into with two tenderers, these will be ranked according to the award criteria. Requests for the supply of medical locum services will be awarded to the highest ranked tenderer in the first instance. If the highest ranked tenderer does not have the capacity to provide the requested medical locum services, the request will be awarded to the second highest ranked tenderer. The contracting authority can set a specific deadline for when tenderers must accept and commit to supplying temporary doctors on call-off.
