         The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for consultancy services in municipal engineering

         areas. The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure sufficient capacity and competence within

         consultancy at all times. The consultant will contribute to the development of projects within given quality,

         time, and financial limits.

         The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements in the following disciplines:

         1. Consulting engineer for data capture, Water and Sewage
