The municipalities in the Sysikt collaboration intend to enter into a contract for supplementary procurements of the Visma Flyt sikker sak module (for schools and nurseries) and Flyt Samspill (for nurseries). All the municipalities already have Flyt Skole, Flyt barnehage, and Flyt timeplan. In addition all the municipalities except one have Flyt Samspill for schools. The system must also support the requirements in the municipalities" digitalisation strategy. This is to ensure quality, work processes and efficiency gains. The municipalities need to implement a system that can be integrated with Flyt skole and Flyt barnehage.

The municipalities in the Sysikt collaboration need to procure a system that can be integrated with Flyt skole and Flyt barnehage from Visma. The system must also fulfil the municipalities" requirements for secure communication and secure handling of person-sensitive personal information. After market surveys, the municipalities believe that there is only one tenderer, Visma, that can fulfil the municipalities" requirements. This is supported by other municipalities publishing voluntary ex-ante transparency notices without other potential suppliers registering an objection. Our surveys show that there are no other products/tenderers that cover the municipalities" total needs, cf. the above explanation and presentation. Based on this, and with referral to the public procurement regulations, section 13-4, letter b, no. 2, the municipalities intend to enter into a contract if no objections to the contract are received. Any objections can be sent to the contact person for this notice by 25.09.2023, 12:00.
