        The contracting authority wishes to procure the following waste collection vehicles:

        • 1 rear loader with a crane

        • 3 Two-chambers rear loaders

        • 1 side loader 1 chamber

        The contracting authority shall enter a contract with a chassis supplier for the delivery of waste collection vehicles, cranes and service agreements. A price for options must also be presented, cf. the price sheet. By activating these options, the chassis supplier shall be the supplier.     1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

        Qualification Requirement:

        Company registration certificate

        Tenderers must be a legally established company and registered in a trade register or other company register,for e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

        Documentation requirement:

        Company registration certificate; confirmation of registration in a company register. Foreign companies: Certificate of registration in a trade register or other company register as described in the law in the country where the tenderer and/or his sub contractor is established.

        Qualification Requirement:

        Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Comparable assignments must be of the same nature as this tender contest, i.e., chassis with a rear loader body and a crane body.

        Documentation requirement:

        Description of the tenderer"s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 2 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address).

        Relevant contracts must be of the same size as this contract. It is the tenderer"s responsibility to document relevance through the description.

        Qualification Requirement:

        Tenderers must have a documented and implemented satisfactory quality assurance/management system.

        Documentation requirement:

        A brief description of the tenderer"s quality assurance/management system.

        The description must however be so detailed that the contracting authority can undertake an independent evaluation of whether the tenderer"s quality assurance system can be considered well-functioning for this contract.

        If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certificate, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the valid certificate.

        Qualification Requirement:

        The tenderer shall have a well-documented and implemented environmental management system at the ISO 14001 level, or equivalent systems.

        If the tenderer involves subcontractors, the requirement applies correspondingly to such.

        Documentation requirement:

        The tenderer shall verify this by presenting a valid certificate showing that the tenderer and all subcontractors have third-party environmental certification, ISO 14001 or equivalent.

        The contracting authority will accept other documentation of equivalent environmental management measures if the tenderer does not have the possibility to obtain such certificates by the deadline and this is not the tenderer’s fault, cf. the PPR § 16-7, third paragraph. This requires that the tenderer documents that these measures are equivalent to the requested environment management systems or standards.

        The tax certificate must not be more than 6 months old from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

        Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery.

        A creditworthiness of score A (creditworthy) is required to be eligible for participation in the contest.

        Tenderers with a lower rating will be rejected.

        • Revised annual accounts from the recent financial years.

        • Extended credit score/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit appraisal agency, which includes a credit score of the tenderer - typically given by a letter or short text, as well as an explanation of thereof. The text and explanation must refer to the requirement - letter A.

        The report must be based on the last known fiscal figures. The date must be clearly stated.

        • If a tenderer has valid reasons (e.g., the company has been newly founded or is not obliged to submit reports to the Brønnøysund Register Centre) for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, for example, a parent company guarantee or other guarantee/security.
