Market survey: Humidifiers for stationary ventilators for Stavanger Hospital Trust

This is an invitation to a market survey for a planned coming procurement of humidifiers for stationary ventilators in the intensive care department at Stavanger Hospital Trust. In the long term we would like to replace the current humidifiers in the newborn intensive care department, and this need is also planned to be covered by the coming procurement process.

We also plan to procure humidifiers for stationary ventilators of type ELISA 800 from Löwenstein. The humidifiers will be used in the intensive care department for all patients from neonatal, paediatrics, and adults. In the long term we would like to procure new humidifiers for the newborn intensive care department, and this need is also planned to be included in the coming procurement. The newborn intensive care department has Leoni Plus ventilators.

In the coming procurement the inspiratory pressure to the patient will be particularly weighted, this will particularly be the case for neonatal and paediatrics.

The market survey is part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is carried out as the contracting authority would like to map which suppliers can offer this type of equipment and receive information on the equipment that can be offered, consumables, service organisation, and prices. As part of this process we ask suppliers of humidifiers to submit written documentation as requested under the point Input from Interested Parties in the attached document Invitation to the Market Survey.

We encourage relevant suppliers to respond to the market survey as soon as possible. The deadline for feedback on the market survey is 04.10.2023. at 12:00. 

Feedback (product information, prices, etc.) is to be submitted in writing via the Mercell communication module.

If the contracting authority deems it appropriate to hold dialogue meetings and/or product presentations after the written market survey, the contracting authority will come back with information on this.
