         If there are too many qualified tenderers, the selection will be based on the background of who is considered to be the best qualified after an assessment of the received documentation as regards technical and professional qualifications.

         - The tenderer"s implementation ability, based on documentation for the qualification requirement "Sufficient capacity"

         - The tenderer"s experience from relevant/similar assignments, based on documentation for the qualification requirement "Good expertise and experience from assignments of a similar nature, size and complexity"

         For both criteria, it is the tenderer"s additional fulfilment of the qualification requirements that will be assessed.
